Non-love story #4199 [(中醫版)肌肉是怎樣練成的] "見有人share中醫保健野 等我share下個人經歷~ 上sem有晚見roommate搵同層個中醫fd來落針 忽然興起就搵佢睇下自己有咩可以執 問佢點樣可以令個人易d練大隻 佢把完脈話我訓唔夠(我想既咩....) 所以脾虛胃弱,吸收麻麻 話同我針幾個穴位健脾胃,同時做gym效果會出d 個陣好似係針呢幾個(全部係肚臍以下 神闕,天樞,氣海,關元 (讀中醫既可能奇怪點解有關元穴,佢話送多支壯陽喎lmao 佢仲補埋腳,針埋足三里,三陰交,地機,太溪 咁啱有個健身教練係網上講自己變肥再操fit既過程 於是將個訓練方法adjust左,夾埋針療一齊上 日二四落針連休息,一三五做gym 一開始胃口大改善,以前快餐唔加飯都食唔晒 個排快餐加飯都仲餓,狼死食相直頭嚇親個fd gym既強度好快推到頂,之後keep住練 四肢好快壯左,最滿意係手臂,前臂加粗上臂有埋老鼠 血管粗到現形,係手臂度似圖騰又似紋身,又幾好睇 唯獨胸肌好似冇乜起色.....
